Bank Website Fail

So I just finished some online banking and stepped away for a moment.  When I came back I clicked the Logout button and got an error message saying this:

Your request can not be completed because your Web Access session has expired. Please click OK and login again.

So let me get this straight.

I cannot log out because my login has expired.

This means that I am effectively logged out.

What I should do is log in again.

Then I will be able to log out.

Did I get understand that correctly?

    I’ve hit that before, too. I’ve never recognized the “fail” in this until now. I always just told myself, “Hey, I guess I’m logged out.”

    Comment fail? I just wrote a comment, entered the CAPTCHA text, hit submit, and the page refreshed, erasing my comment.
