Cars
Year: 2003
Make: Nissan
Model: 350Z
Package: Touring Model
I’d always wanted one of these ever since they came out. I bought this one used in August of 2009.
The Nissan 350Z is nearly perfect as it comes. The 2003 model weighs about 3200 pounds, and its 3.5 liter V6 was rated at 287 hp. One of my main goals with this car is to achieve those two magic ratios: 10 lbs/hp and 100 hp/liter.

Year: 1989
Make: Ford
Model: Bronco II
Package: XLT
Since it snows in the winter in Utah, I don’t want to drive my 350Z to work, especially if I add the supercharger and bump the horsepower to north of 400. I got me a little Bronco II with four-wheel drive for the winter weather. As long as I’m going to have one, I might as well make it awesome, where awesome means “a reliable, fun-to-drive, off-road-tackling machine.”

- Dana 44 front axle
- Ford 4.0L V6 engine swap
